Deep Well Samui started with a drilling rig and a simple observation: the islands were full of properties with water problems and short on contractors who would explain, in plain language, what fixing them actually takes.
Today we cover the whole chain — drilling, boreholes, delivery, pumps, tanks, filtration and maintenance — across Koh Samui, Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. The breadth is deliberate: water problems rarely respect the boundary between 'drilling job' and 'pump job', and owners shouldn't need three contractors to get one working tap.
We work in both of the islands' languages and both of their buyer cultures: written detail, specs and process for owners doing due diligence; speed, fairness and a phone that gets answered for everyone else. Same crew, same standards.
Honesty about feasibility
If your site is a bad bet for drilling, we say so before you spend money — and propose what will actually work. A dry-hole policy in writing beats optimism.
Numbers over adjectives
Depths, yields, volumes and dates on everything we hand over. If a claim can't carry a number, we'd rather not make it.
Tidy work, documented
Clean pads, labelled installations, written reports. The site is left the way we'd want our own left — and you can prove what was built.
