Contact form data
When you submit the quote or contact form we receive the details you enter — your name, phone or messaging contact, email address if provided, and your message. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey and prepare your quote. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing.
How form submissions are delivered
Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox by Resend, our email delivery provider. Your details pass through Resend's systems only so that the email reaches us; Resend processes them on our behalf and does not use them for its own purposes.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used. Analytics loads only after you accept the analytics notice shown on your first visit. If you decline — or simply ignore the notice — no analytics run, no analytics cookies are set, and nothing is sent to Google.
Cookies and your consent choice
This site sets no marketing cookies. Your analytics decision (accept or decline) is stored in your browser's local storage so we don't ask again on every visit. If you accept, Google Analytics sets its own cookies to distinguish visits. To change your decision later, clear this site's data in your browser and choose again when the notice reappears.
Data retention
Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any work that follows from it. A precise retention period will be published here once the company's document retention practice is confirmed.
